I just returned from a family vacation at this hotel, and while the location is beautiful, there were some major drawbacks. The language barrier with the staff was significant, making simple requests difficult. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the food options were plentiful, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're English, as the staff mainly catered to other nationalities. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of English-speaking staff and the rudeness encountered.
